History of the Institute
1 april, 1951
By the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh SSR, at the Pavlodar Regional Department of Education, based on the methodological office, the Regional Institute for the Improvement of Teachers was established with a staff of 15 employees
1981
The institute was awarded the Honorary Diploma and the Passing Red Banner of the Ministry of Education of the USSR. The experience of the Institute for the Improvement of Teachers was presented at the USSR VDNKh, where it was awarded a silver medal
1986
Course activities began for the professional development of computer science teachers in connection with the introduction of the subject “Informatics” and the computerization of schools
1995-1998
The institute became a republican experimental site for the implementation of the CLM (KSO) technology (Collective Learning Method; head – Mkrtychyan M.A.)
A Center for New Information Technologies in Education was established at the Regional Institute for the Advanced Training of Pedagogical Personnel
1999-2000
n experimental-research platform “Fundamentals of Economic Education” was organized.
The Regional Museum of Education was opened at the institute
2002
The first electronic textbooks “Economic Geography of Pavlodar Region” and “Physical Geography of Pavlodar Region” were developed. A teaching-methodological complex for the subject “Informatics” (Grade 9) was developed.
2012
The institute, as a branch, became part of JSC “National Center for Professional Development ‘Orleu’”. The first level courses under the University of Cambridge program began. External quality assessment of professional development courses was introduced
2013
The Republican exhibition-fair of innovative educational projects in the professional development system was held
2014
The Republican seminar “Improvement of Teaching Methods in the Field of Special and Inclusive Education” was organized and held
2016-2019
Republican pedagogical readings dedicated to the 175th anniversary of Y. Altynsarin were conducted.
Implementation of the project “Methodology and Methods for Introducing Corporate Learning in Schools of Pavlodar Region”: University of Continuous Education; “Club of Leaders” for school principals.
Implementation of innovative projects: “School of Language Opportunities”, “Territory of Unlimited Opportunities”, “Territory of Pedagogical Meanings of Rukhani Zhangyru”
2020
Digital educational lesson content has been developed to implement distance learning in schools of the republic
