The Regional Institute for the Improvement of Teachers (IUU) was established

The Republican scientific-practical conference “Implementation of Achievements of Pedagogical Science and Pedagogical Experience in School Practice” was held with the participation of Vice-President of the APS USSR Yu.K. BabanskyАПН СССР Ю.К. Бабанского

A general education lyceum at the IUU was opened

The Charter of the SCTE “North Kazakhstan Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Pedagogical Personnel” was adopted

The Charter of the RSTE “Institute for Advanced Training of Pedagogical Workers of North Kazakhstan Region” was registered with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. A branch of JSC “Orleu” NCTC “Institute for Advanced Training of Pedagogical Workers of North Kazakhstan Region” was created

Internships for trainers and branch staff were organized in the UK, France, and South Korea. The Republican competition “Best Psychologist 2014” and the Republican seminar “Use of ICT in Rural Schools” were held
2016
Launch of professional development courses in blended learning format on the topic “Organizational and Pedagogical Aspects of Methodological Work in the Context of Updating Preschool Education Content”. The “Leader in Education” Club was created from among heads of educational organizations, winners of republican and international professional competitions, representatives of government bodies, and public associations. A new online publication “BILIM BERUDEGI BALALAR – BALALARGA BILIM BERU” was launched

Together with AOO “NIS KBN” of Petropavlovsk, the Republican STI workshop “Development of Teacher Professional Competence in Planning the Educational Process in Primary Education” was held. The Republican forum of natural science teachers “2+1: Start with Yourself!” was held. The international “World Cafe ‘Club of Leaders in Education’” was launched. Rapid response groups were created
2018
For the first time, the Workshop Time (pedagogical workshop) on the topic “Mentoring as a Factor of Professional Development of Teachers” was held, dedicated to the 125th anniversary of M. Zhumabayev and the 100th anniversary of V. Sukhomlinsky, with the participation of the Board of JSC “NCPD ‘Orleu’”. 100% certification of 54 teachers trained in subject-language courses based on TKT CLIL exam results. The project “Interactive Reception Area” for course participants was developed, tested, and implemented. The regional stage of the Republican competition of video lessons and lectures “Panorama of Pedagogical Ideas” was held. The forum of pedagogical dynasties “Golden Fund of Education and Science of North Kazakhstan” was held
2019
The status of “Best Participant” began to be awarded to active teachers in course training. 14 prize places of teachers of North Kazakhstan Region at the Republican competition of video lessons and lectures “Panorama of Pedagogical Ideas”. Launch of the project “Lesson in Partnership of Orleu and School”
2020
A new theme of research activity of the branch was approved: “Scientific-methodological support of teachers’ professional development to reduce the gap in education quality between urban and rural schools”. For the organization of the “Relay of the Best Teachers of the Country” within the framework of the virtual educational route, 189 video lessons were developed for schools with state and Russian language instruction for grades 1–11. Launch of the project “Non-formal Education with Orleu”. The educational LiveOnStage “Nature and Directions of Leadership in Education” was held
2021
The socio-educational project “Regional Education News” was launched, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Kazakhstan’s Independence. The Republican scientific-practical conference “Small-Scale Schools: Practice and Development Trends” was held. A series of webinars was conducted within the project “Auyyl Mektebi – El Besigi”

This “Orleu” branch is part of the national system of continuous professional development for teachers. It implements professional development programs, provides professional support and follow-up for teaching staff in the region, introduces modern teaching methodologies and digital educational solutions, and ensures openness and accessibility through public receptions, open house days, and consultations for teachers and interested citizens.
