Training of Master Trainers Launched Under the AELLCA Project by “Orleu” and British Council Kazakhstan
Within the framework of the AELLCA project implemented by “Orleu” and the British Council Kazakhstan, the training of master trainers has begun.
Starting from November 17, as part of the Accelerated English Language Learning in Central Asia (AELLCA) educational program, the process of training master trainers of the National Center for Professional Development “Orleu” was launched.
Under this program, expert trainers, master trainers, and subject trainers will be prepared to ensure the quality of professional development courses nationwide.
The trainer training program was jointly developed with British Council Kazakhstan and the Norwich Institute for Language Education (NILE) (United Kingdom).
Following the selection process, 20 candidates were admitted to the program, including the Director of the Mangystau branch of “Orleu”, K. Tleuov, and senior lecturer M. Sakharbayeva. The master trainers will complete a multi-stage training program and, upon completion, will receive British Council certificates.
After completing the training, master trainers will begin preparing subject trainers of the “Orleu” organization and will also take part in implementing the practical stages of the program scheduled for early 2026.
