The training seminar “One Team — A Comfortable School” continued at School No. 31. The session was conducted by A. Zhumabayeva, Senior Lecturer of the Orleu branch for Mangystau Region.

The event focused on developing teamwork skills, strengthening staff cohesion, and fostering a strong team spirit.

Participants engaged in interactive exercises and discussions that helped them better understand one another, build mutual trust, and learn to function as a unified team.

During the training, main aspects of group work were discussed. Key topics included effective role distribution within teams, strategies for building trust and cohesion, and collaborative problem-solving approaches in situations requiring close cooperation.
