Refund application

To get a refund for a course or service paid on this website, submit a refund application using the form below.

How to request a refund

1. Download the application template.
2. Fill it in: state the reason for the refund and the bank details for the transfer — full name, IIN, bank, IBAN, BIC, beneficiary code (KBe).
3. Sign the application and scan or photograph it.
4. Fill in the form below and attach the signed application and the payment receipt (Kaspi receipt).
5. You can check the refund status by your order number at the bottom of the page.
