A new direction of development of libraries of the educational system

В статье анализируется состояние школьных библиотек в контексте обновленного содержания образования, а также организация и направления работы. Дается информация о процессе автоматизации школьных библиотек в Актюбинской области, использование коммуникационных технологий и инновационный опыт в повышении качества работы. В тоже время рассматриваются такие проблемы, как текучесть кадров, которая влияет на качество работы библиотеки, отсутствие сотрудников со специальным образованием.

The author analyses the conditions, organization and directions of activity of school librariesin the settings of the updated content of education. The article informs about the ongoing automation of school libraries in Aktobe Region, the use of communication tech-nologies and innovative experience in improving the operation quality.The author also highlights the problem of employee turnover that impacts the library work quality, the lack of employees with specialized education.
