RESEARCH ACTIVITIESIN THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS

The article examines the role of research activities in the process of forming professional competencies among university students. The author analyzes various approaches to integrating research into the educational process and its impact on the development of critical thinking, analytical skills, and creative potential of future specialists. Special attention is paid to the practical aspects of organizing research work, including student participation in research projects, conferences, and publications. The article provides examples of successful practices and methods that contribute to the effective assimilation of professional knowledge and skills through research. The author concludes that systematic inclusion of research activities in educational programs is necessary for preparing highly qualified specialists capable of adapting to the rapidly changing conditions of the modern labor market.
