The journal "Педагогикалық ғылым және практика. Педагогическая наука и практика"  has an impact factor in the Kazakhstan Scientific Journals by the Kazakhstan Citation Base (KazCB) for 2020 – 0.004.

In 2023, the journal received a two-year impact factor from RSCI – 0.167 (https://www.elibrary.ru/).

JOURNAL OBJECTIVE: To promote the development of pedagogical science and practice through the publication of relevant research and innovative educational methods.

JOURNAL GOALS: 

Provide an opportunity to publish research results for practitioners and scientists in education and related sciences.

Draw attention to the most current, promising, and interesting research topics within the journal’s themes.

Attract authoritative domestic and foreign authors, including top specialists in pedagogy, as well as teacher-moderators, teacher-experts, teacher-researchers, and teacher-masters to showcase pedagogical experience.

Achieve an international level of scientific publications.

Enable opinion exchange between researchers and practitioners from different regions of Kazakhstan and other countries.

Expand the editorial board and reviewers by involving well-known Kazakh and foreign scientists.

Provide full-text access to scientific articles, increasing the journal’s accessibility and openness in Kazakhstan and abroad.

Inclusion in bibliographic databases, including international databases.

Raise the journal's impact factor in Kazakh, Russian, and international databases.

Promote the journal in the domestic and international scientific publication market.

MISSION: To contribute to improving the educational system by uniting scientific knowledge and pedagogical experience for practical application.

THEMATIC FOCUS: The journal "Педагогикалық ғылым және практика. Педагогическая наука и практика" covers research, methodologies, and innovations in pedagogy aimed at developing educational processes and enhancing the professional competence of educators.

TARGET AUDIENCE:  Scientists, researchers, education experts, methodologists, teachers from preschools, secondary, technical, vocational, higher and postgraduate education institutions, and trainers for teacher qualification improvement courses.

PUBLICATION CONDITIONS: 

The journal accepts results of fundamental and applied research, studies by practitioners, reviews, and scientific results of graduate students and doctoral candidates in line with the journal’s themes, article submission rules, formatting requirements, and peer-review process.

Only two articles from one author are allowed in a single issue, with the second article being co-authored material. The number of articles by one author per issue can be increased only by special decision of the chief editor.

Articles are not accepted if:

• They do not adhere to article formatting requirements.
• They contain more than 20% of content taken from open sources.

PEER REVIEW TYPE: All articles submitted to the journal undergo mandatory double-blind peer review.

OPEN ACCESS POLICY: All issues are freely accessible on the journal’s website (https://orleu.edu.kz/journal/pnp ), in electronic libraries like https://www.elibrary.ru  and https://cyberleninka.ru , and Google Scholar.
