POWER OF SEVEN PETALS:MODEL OF ECOLOGICAL EDUCATION

The article presents the author’s ecological master class “Chamomile for the planet”, based on the principles ofeducation for sustainable development. Through the metaphor of seven petals, children learn the rules of environmentalbehavior: from resources protecting to digital health-saving. Games, researches, and projects methods are described indetail, including AR storytelling, gamification, ecodetectives, digital practices, and creation of insectariums. The focusis on the involvement of students in real life activities that form not only knowledge, but also an active civic position. Astep-by-step transition from awareness of the problem to specific changes in the environment is shown.
