THE SYSTEM OF EXERCISES TO DEVELOP WRITING SKILLS OF 8TH GRADERS AT THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE LESSONS

The article presents a system of exercises to develop writing skills of secondary school students in the English language. The system of exercises is based on the classification of S.F. Shatilov, reflecting the psycholinguistic foundations of the formation of skills. The exercises are divided into three groups: non-communicative exercises (pre-speech or preparatory, include phonetic, lexical and grammatical exercises), communicative simulation exercises, speech exercises. The system of exercises for the development of writing skills, proposed in the article, have been tested in the original conditions of the real educational process and proved its effectiveness in the conditions of inclusive education.
