THE MODEL OF INTERACTION BETWEEN A BASE SCHOOL ASA RESOURCE CENTER AND MAGNET SCHOOLS

This article explores the interaction model between hub and satellite schools as a resource for the sustainabledevelopment of rural education in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The relevance the topic is determined by the highproportion of rural schools in the country’s education system and the need to overcome the educational gap betweenurban and rural areas. The focus is on the experience of the Abai School-Lyceum in the Kostanay region, which functionsas a Resource Center for four small rural schools.The purpose of the study is to analyze how network-based interaction between hub and satellite schools affects thequality of education and the professional development of teachers. The research methods include analysis of regulatoryand methodological documents, review of scientific literature, monitoring of teachers’ professional needs, examinationof educational outcomes, and assessment of the implementation of the model in practice.The implementation of the model involves the provision of organizational, managerial, methodological, resource, andpersonnel support by the hub school to the satellite schools. This includes conducting methodological events, organizingmentoring, integrating digital technologies, and hosting joint educational activities. Key results include increasedprofessional engagement among teachers, improved student academic performance, strengthened methodological work,and enhanced digital infrastructure.The findings confirm the effectiveness of the model in rural school contexts. The hub school, acting as a center forprofessional development and resource support, contributes to improving the quality of education in small rural schoolsand reducing educational inequality. The proposed approach can be adapted and widely applied in other regions tosupport the sustainable development of rural education environments.
