ORGANIZATION OF THE ACTIVITIES OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES IN COLLEGES OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN: METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES AND PRACTICAL APPROBATION
Abstract
The article explores methodological approaches to organizing the activities of the Board of Trustees in colleges. The authors analyze the structure, functions, and working formats of the board.The study aims to improve mechanisms of public-state management, develop dual education, and strengthen the material and technical base of colleges. Practical results are based on the experience of KGCPC “Lisakovsk Technical College”. Recommendations are proposed for effective organization of Boards of Trustees in educational institutions.
