Abstract
The developing function of learning becomes a priority,which should ensure the formation of the personality of aprimary school student, the disclosure of his individualcapabilities. The article determines an algorithm forcompiling an individual educational route: principles,approaches, stages, directions, forms and methods ofteaching and learning. The effectiveness of individual -personal interaction between a teacher and studentswith special educational needs in the pedagogical processis shown.
