The article is based on a study of the concept of stakeholder management, shows the relevance of its application in the practice of social partnership of technical and vocational education organizations with enterprises. The author focuses on the fact that potential employers are among the key external stakeholders, as they are an interested target group in the training of qualified personnel. The paper presents the experience of introducing the concept of stakeholder management into the management system of the Kostanay Polytechnic Higher College.
