Abstract

The purpose of this article is to inform about the importance and pecularities of tutoring, an individualizedpedagogical activity aimed at helping students build their educational and professional path based on their interests,abilities and goals. Experimental work has proved that tutor support is an effective tool in the formation of professionalself-determination of high school students. The implementation of the model has made it possible to increase awarenessof the choice of profession, to develop reflection and responsibility among students, which is confirmed by statisticaland qualitative data.
