AN EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT MODEL OF A METHODOLOGICAL CENTER FOR SUPPORTING TEACHERS’ PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: STRATEGIES FOR IMPLEMENTING INNOVATIVE PROJECTS IN THE CONTEXT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

This article presents an effective management model for a methodological center that supports teachers’ professional development in the context of digital transformation. Rapid changes in the education system require continuous improvement of teachers’ competencies and systematic implementation of innovative projects. Therefore, strategic transformation of methodological centers becomes a critical priority. The paper examines innovative project implementation strategies in digital environments, including flexible management approaches, data-driven decision-making, coaching and mentoring systems, and the effective use of digital platforms.
